Light aerobics and gentle exercise program

Light exercise program including chair based, weight work and standing type exercise. You don't need to book for these classes, but you must bring along a completed exercise class registration form and doctor's clearance form - download these from the webpage link below. Wear comfortable clothing and appropriate shoes, bring a towel and water and your own hand weights.
