Chair-based aerobic exercise program
Chair based exercise program designed to improve strength, coordination and flexibility. You don't need to book for these classes, but you must bring along a completed exercise class registration form and doctor's clearance form - download these from the webpage link below. Wear comfortable clothing and appropriate shoes, bring a towel and water and your own hand weights.
